Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Condition: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
• Timeframe: You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. If a product is non-returnable or non-refundable, it will be clearly noted in the product description.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us: Email support@tekpiks.com or submit a ticket through your account dashboard with your order number and reason for return.
• Authorization: Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Fee

• Important: Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer.

Refund Process

• Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15-30 business days.
• Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition or is missing components, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
